Workshop Projects

A major part of Technology Supplies is our project management service in which we undertake workshop projects for various schools. Our team of project managers will see the projects through from the initial stage of quoting through to the installation of the workshop and machinery.

Technology Supplies employ fully qualified and experienced engineers to install, commission and certificate the machinery and equipment in workshop projects. Staff are also available to familiarise the end user with the new machines and equipment. Upon completion of a workshop project, full and comprehensive operation and maintenance manuals are available, both in paper and electronic format. Inspection and maintenance site visits are recorded on standard forms and can then be emailed for speed and efficiency.

All the machinery and equipment in our workshop projects is fully warranted for the initial 12 months. Following this period Technology Supplies has a comprehensive service and maintenance package ensuring the equipment will last for future years. Trained engineers will service and maintain the installed machinery and carry out all the obligatory fume and dust extraction tests (LEV).

At Technology Supplies we manage the workshop projects within the given time frame and take full responsibility to make sure the workshop is commissioned and ready for use. We supply certification for any fume and dust extraction systems and all the necessary documentation. If anything needs attending to in the 12 months following the installation and within the terms and conditions of the warranty we will deal with it promptly and effectively on site.
